CHARTER MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

Our company provides the yacht charter management program with full services that will meet all your requirements. Invest by placing your yacht in our program and we guarantee the annual income.
During those 5 to 6 years of the usual contract term, we take care of your yacht and after that you can do whatever you want, keep it for your private use, sell the yacht or even trade it for another one.
Our company takes the responsibility for marketing, operating and maintaining the yacht. Marketing is well handled by our professional team who will do their best to increase the annual income, either by presenting your yacht on our websites or contacting direct clients.
As to the operating, it is the responsibility of our well experienced and trained skippers, while our team in the marina will take care of the yacht maintenance.
Purchase participation is 30% and you have a mortgage on the yacht as assurance. The income is split: 70% to the owner and 30% to our company.
Our company is obliged to cover following expences:
- marketing and presentation costs, advertising material and presentation at boat show
- agents commission which varies from 15% to 20% of the total price for booking
- repair expenses during charter period
- hull, engine and generator maintenance
- underwater protection and cleaning
Meanwhile, the owner will cover following expenses:
- all the necessary documents of the yacht, charter license, insurance, VHF certificate, seaworthy certificate, registration
- annual mooring costs
- travel lift when getting the yacht ashore and putting the yacht back to sea
- restauration and replacement of all the materials and parts no longer usable
- underwater protection material
- spare parts for hull and engine, oil change
- winter service and preparation of the yacht, general cleaning
