| NAUTICAL TOURISM
Coastal highlights
Croatia is well known for its beautiful intended coast and many natural resorts. It has always been attractive as a tourist destination, especially since nautical tourism has emerged as a major attraction and a wonderful way to spend vacation.
One can experience the unique adventure along the Croatian coast visiting numerous islands with many pebble beaches or sandy beaches in Lumbarda – Korcula, Lapad – Dubrovnik, Slanica – Murter, Saplunara – Mljet, or for instance Lopar – Rab and others, relaxing in the shade of pine trees, swimming in the crystal clear sea, or simply enjoying the tranquility of numerous hidden bays.
You will find a place for water sport activities and entertainment, as well as a place for yourself only, away from the crowd.
If you are more to entertainment, we suggest you visit Zrce in Novalja which has become popular for young people, Zlatni Rat in Bol which is our top place and one of the most popular places along the coast, then Banje in Dubrovnik, Bacvice in Split, Vodice, Hvar and many others.
When arriving with your family, you cannot miss following places: Brela, Jelsa, Korcula, Zaton (near Zadar), Makarska etc.
If, on the other hand, you are interested in activity vacation (windsurfing and diving), then we suggest the following: Brac, Krk, Pelješac, Umag, Cres, Lošinj, Dubrovnik and others.
This is a unique area in Europe for cruising with motorboats, speedboats or sailboats, but also for enjoying the underwater world.
The quality of water in the Adriatic is very well preserved. Besides the clean sea, another important quality of the coastal area is its biological and geographical particular quality, which can be seen in the number of species of plants and animals, and in the high number of endemic species.
Croatia is an exceptionally safe place where everybody feels pleasant and welcome..
